State the product, intended fill quantity, closing arrangement and the way the bottle will be handled on the line. Request the drawing and material information for the exact bottle under consideration, rather than assuming every item in a visual range shares the same details.

Keep appearance checks separate from functional approval. A useful sample record identifies the bottle, cap or dispenser, product and packing process together, with any observations or open decisions attached.
